If your truck came from the factory with the Ford prep package, you now can choose between the Reese Elite or B/W Fifth wheel hitches. The Companion OEM BW3300 fits directly into the Ford OEM hitch pucks and removes easily allowing for a complete flat bed. The B/W 3300 has 1” thick cast locking jaws which make for a solid connection and provides a smooth towing experience and a perfect connection to the camper. This hitch features 4 way swivel with both side to side and front to back movement.2" of front to back adjustment is also standard

The cam action latching handle allows for easy release even on the most uneven ground
No above bed rails allows your truck to be used for more than just towing.
The 1" thick jaws wrap around the kingpin perfectly, reducing sloppy starting and stopping.
Polyurethane bushings make for a quieter towing experience.
The truck bed fits 4 pucks which can convert back to a level bed by releasing the handles.
