When needed the Everthere Carrier is loaded and locked in the vehicle’s receiver hitch. The carrier is constructed of aluminum and weighs approximately 25 pounds, thus allowing most adults to easily load the carrier without assistance. Once the carrier is locked into the receiver hitch, the folding wings are deployed and approximately 9 ft2 (24” x 54”) of carry capacity is exposed with the X12 series. Self-locking pins automatically engage as the wings are deployed, rigidly locking the wings in the extended position.

When the cargo has been hauled and the Everthere Carrier is ready to be detached, the self-locking pins are depressed and the outer wings are folded within the inner wings. The outer wings will automatically lock within the inner wings. Then the inner wings are unlocked and raised into the upright position and they too are automatically locked in place. The carrier is now ready to be unlocked and removed from the receiver hitch. In the folded position the carrier is now approximately 10 inches wide and 19 inches tall and can easily fit into the vehicle to which it was just attached. Unlike many carriers on the market today, Everthere’s distinctive design compliments the looks of any vehicle.
  

General Precautions/Limitations

1. This model from Everthere Carriers, L.L.C. has been designed and safely tested to handle loads that have been centered and weigh 400 pounds. Do not attempt to load any materials such that the total exceeds a weight of 400 pounds.
2. All loads must be centered to the base of the carrier and the weight distributed evenly across the base and all four wings. This carrier is designed to support a 400-pound load utilizing all of the surface area of the carrier.
3. Do not load the carrier such that more than 100 pounds is being supported by any one of the four wing segments.
4. Ensure all materials being carried are securely fastened to your Everthere Carrier.
5. Do not load materials such that they may shift during movement of the vehicle.
6. Do not load the carrier such that your brake lights cannot be seen from behind your vehicle, unless portable brake lights have been installed with your carrier and are functioning properly.
7. Do not load your carrier such that materials may fall off during travel.
8. Do not load flammable materials on the carrier. Ensure the vehicle exhaust is not directed on combustible contents loaded on the carrier.
9. Great care has been placed into the design of the Everthere Carrier to avoid pinch points and to minimize potential injuries when folding the carrier. Take appropriate precaution to ensure all arms, hands and fingers are away from the unit when folding or unfolding.

10. Avoid all areas that may provide pinch points. The drawing below identifies the major areas of concern.
