Yes
It's
really in there. The manufacture does make it difficult to
locate sometimes. Check inside the receiver tube or crossbar
of your hitch.

have the option of choosing various UPS shipping methods including

Hidden Hitch Products ONLY will ship Airborne). Rates
are based on zip code destination & shipping method you choose.

Is
drilling required to install my hitch?

All "no drill installations" will say "No Drilling
Required" If it does NOT state that then some drilling is
required.

this hitch in stock?

Once we receive your online order we can best answer that question.
All orders are to be processed and shipped Direct from the closest
stocking warehouse. You will be made aware of any backorders via
e-mail You may then proceed or cancel your order.

Does the ball mount
come with my hitch?

Class
(I & II) one and two hitches come with the ball mount, pin and
clip.
Class (III/IV & V) 3-4 & 5 usually do not.

I get the wiring kit with my hitch?

YES; You must contact us first and order the
product, but
cash and carry sales are available on stocked items. Non-stock items
are also available, but subject to shipping charges. Prices may vary from website.

Sometimes we
are able to do that. There is a $200.00 minimum and a 10% service
charge based on total cost of all parts. All orders are pre-paid
using a credit card. No COD's. Please e-mail us with your order and

My
hitch is bent. Can I return it?
|
Your hitch receiver may
arrive with the mounting flanges pushed out or in that
occurred during shipping. These flanges can be easily pushed
back to their original position so the holes will line
up for installation.
Note there is no return / no refund for hitches arriving as

My
Curt hitch says 2.5 but I ordered a class three?
|

Curt Mfg
posts their 2” x 2”
non weight distributing
receiver hitches
as class 2.5 . All other companies would state that
same hitch as a
class three. At
each application we
supply the data for these hitches including weight specs so
our customers can make an informed decision prior to
purchase. A good example of this is the Lexus
RX330 page
It
posts two hitches with identical
wt. ratings . The hidden hitch HH70778 is
labeled as a class III , the Dalan- Curt757530/C12530 is
posted as class 2.5. Receiving
a Dalan-Curt 2.5 when you thought you were getting a hitch
that says class III is not grounds for return
