Shipping costs are calculated automatically for you at the shopping cart section of the web-site. You may proceed thru Check Out (without actual purchase).

.. Our standard shipping is UPS Ground but FED EX , DHL and others are used. You have the option of choosing various UPS shipping methods including next day, second day, and third day select (Next day, second day and third day Hidden Hitch Products ONLY will ship Airborne). Rates are based on zip code destination and shipping method you choose.

How to Order

We make it easy. Throughout our site, whenever you see a product you'd like to purchase, simply click "Buy Now" and the item will be added to your Shopping Cart.

Once you've clicked "Buy Now" on an item:

1. You will briefly see a page showing that the item was added to your cart. Your are maintained on the page you are shopping from in order to purchase  additional options or accessories, if you wish.
  
2. To view your Shopping Cart Click   View Cart   you will be requested to fill in the zip code you wish the item to be shipped to: your cart will be displayed showing your item cost plus shipping rates. You have the option of choosing any UPS delivery style you wish. UPS ground is automatically selected. From your Shopping Cart, you can continue shopping, or continue to check out.
  
3. Once you choose to Check Out, you'll provide your billing and shipping information. You'll have a chance to review your total order, including any, tax, and shipping costs. If you're satisfied, you'll provide your credit card information to complete your secure transaction..
  
4. We'll send an email confirmation  to let you know your order has been processed. PLEASE PRINT FOR YOUR RECORDS This email is your receipt and will include your confirmation number, verification of the items purchased and your shipping information.

When placing a phone order---Please have your part numbers (including prefix) and shipping costs for each item BEFORE CALLING to place a phone order. Shipping costs are Auto-Calculated for you.

Checking the Status of Your Online Order/Tracking Your Order

YOUR UPS REG GROUND ORDER SHOULD ARRIVE IN 5-10 WORKING DAYS. If you need it sooner use Expedited Services.  If after 10 days, you have not received your order: Contact Customer Service via E-Mail or call 1-717- 556-0278 Monday-Friday  8:00am - 4:00pm EST.  They will provide you with your UPS/Airborne Tracking number.

You can purchase from HitchesOnline.com using your  MasterCard, VISA, online or by Fax and by check or money order via postal mail. You may complete your order online and choose method of payment as by check or money order or by Fax and you will be provided a completed printable mail in or fax order form.
