UPS package delivery is the Primary Method of shipping for items weighing less than 150 pounds. In addition to standard ground service, we offer faster or upgraded UPS delivery options. Additional fees are charged for expedited shipping.
There are a few heavy items that will ship via tractor trailer.

UPS/Airborne
Charges are based on the weight of the products shipped and the zip code zone they are shipping to. To determine how much your shipping will be, simply add the item you may wish to purchase to the shopping cart, by  clicking on “Buy Now”, then click on the “View Cart” button. You will have an option of changing the shipping from our standard UPS Ground to, UPS  Commercial (for businesses addresses only), Next Day Air, 2 or 3 Day Select.  Enter your zip code and shipping is calculated for you.
  

Shipping & Delivery Time Frames

Shipping time is the number of business days (Monday-Friday) it takes a product to reach you from the date it is shipped from the warehouse.  PLEASE ALLOW A MINIMUM OF 1 DAY OF PROCESSING PRIOR TO SHIP DATE.

UPS Worldwide Expedited (Most non US), (slower, saves a bit) 2 weeks approx.

Allow a few additional days for heavy or large products such as Stowaway Cargo Carriers and 5^th Wheel Hitches.   Occasionally products may ship Fed –X / Airborne

UPS will not guarantee arrival dates on Regular Ground shipments.  However, your  products should arrive in 5-10 business days.  This may vary depending on the proximity of your shipping address to our closest stocking warehouse.  If  you do not receive your products in 10 business days, contact us via email at our  Customer Service Department e-mail link.

Orders received after 3 pm (Eastern Standard Time) on Thursday will not be shipped until the following Monday. This would allow for the minimum 1 day processing time.  Deliveries are not made on weekends or holidays and these days are not considered business days.

NOTE:  If you need your products sooner, USE EXPEDITED SERVICES  which are available at the shopping cart.  PLEASE ALLOW A MINIMUM OF 1 DAY OF PROCESSING PRIOR TO SHIP DATE.

 Example One: Next Day Air
Order placed: Tuesday
Process and ship items Wednesday, delivery Thursday 

Example Two: 3-day select
Order placed: Tuesday
Process and ship items Wednesday, delivery Monday

Hitchesonline.com ships items from different warehouses, therefore you may receive more than one delivery when you purchase several items.

Items that will ship separately:

• Items that have different brands names
• Items are not available in our warehouses on the same day or location
• Hitchesonline.com reserves the right to change Shipping Methods without Notice.
     
• There is no shipping charge reimbursement if the number of boxes you receive differ from the number posted at time of checkout. Our shipping and handling charges are determined by weight, number of items, fuel surcharge per item, drop ship fees per item, and handling charges per item that we incur. It is possible that you may receive one box with several parts inside and your shopping cart post more than one shipping amount. It is also possible that you will receive several boxes and have the shopping cart post only one shipping amount. You have not been overcharged or undercharged .You have been charged the exact amount agreed upon and verified on your shopping cart at time of purchase.
