WHY HITCHESONLINE DOES NOT SHIP USPS/PARCEL POST
In the past we have offered USPS/Parcel Post shipping
Unfortunately it has become increasingly difficult to offer the level of service our customers expect using USPS.
Problems range from very slow delivery (that we could not track) to lost/mishandled or returned packages. Many of our suppliers do not ship USPS/Parcel Post. Often we had to have the item shipped to us, processed, repackaged, insured, taken to a U.S. Post Office, and shipped to our customers
In addition, each country and territory has different size and weight restrictions regarding parcel post shipping. Our shopping cart estimates standard size packages only. That meant a customer would order a hitch online to learn a day later that it was too large to enter his country.
We offered USPS/Parcel Post mostly to benefit our servicemen stationed at home and overseas. We apologize that we can no longer offer you this method of shipping. Please consider ordering online using UPS, possibly shipping to a friend or relation.
